Organizational Structure

• The Board of Directors is the highest organ that manages AWLAE-Net. Its role is to define and amend general objectives of the organization and decide on strategies and priorities of the organization
• Special committees were established by the Board to support its work, which are:

         (i) Finance and Fundraising; Research

         (ii) Training and Development 

         (iii) Recruitment, Publicity and Advocacy

• An Executive Secretary selected by the Board to manage day to day affairs of the organization
• Office-bearers-Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Secretary and the Treasurer
